When you request a demo, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, chosen industry and use case to respond to your enquiry. If you submit a calculator estimate with your enquiry, we store that estimate too.

When you request an automated call, we store your phone number, language, use case, call status and your agreement to receive that call. Your number is sent to our configured calling provider to place it.

We record consent wording, submission time, browser information and IP address for security and abuse prevention. Essential session cookies help protect forms and administrator access. Optional usage analytics run only when you choose to allow them.

Access is restricted to authorised staff. Contact hello@erinlabs.ai to ask about your information or request deletion. Enquiry records are normally retained for 90 days unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention.

Before launch, the site owner must confirm the legal entity, retention period, calling providers, and any applicable data-processing terms. Update this policy to reflect the actual deployment.
